WRC Research
WRC Research is the exciting new initiative developed by the Women’s Resource Centre,
aiming to provide high quality qualitative and quantitative research at
competitive rates. We offer a range of research and evaluation
services, specialising in gender and equalities, while also providing
expertise in a broad range of additional research and policy areas
WRC
Research is headed by Dr Michelle Myall, a qualified social researcher
with more than 15 years experience of conducting and managing research
and evaluation projects. Michelle is supported by a team of associate
researchers who have a wide range of expertise and experience in gender
and women’s issues; community development and regeneration; education;
employment; health; and housing.
Underpinned by WRC, an
organisation with more than 25 years experience in the women’s and
voluntary and community sector, WRC Research clients can be confident
that our work will be robust, reliable, authoritative and ethical.

We have already undertaken several notable pieces of work and recent commissions include:
- Conducting a violence against women and girls mapping and research project for Lambeth Council
- Carrying out a quantitative study to explore the relationship between equalities and empowerment for London Civic Forum
- Undertaking a national consultation on behalf of the Office for Civil Society to obtain the views of the equalities sector on how central government
can best play a role to support building infrastructure in the voluntary
and community sector (VCS).
- Research to identify and explore the current issues facing the Greater London equalities sector for the Human Equalities and Rights network (HEAR).
- Impact report on the role and work of the HEAR network
