Policy and lobbying: One to One Support drop-in day
Date: 16th March
The WRC Policy Team will be holding a free one to one support drop-in day on 16th March for member organisations at the WRC office in Old Street.
What’s a policy one to one drop-in session?
During a one hour meeting, a member of staff from the Policy Team will provide information, advice and guidance on your policy and campaigning needs. We currently have 3 sessions available on 16th March.
Sessions will be conducted by a member of the Policy Team and can cover any policy or campaigns related issues including:
- Local Strategic Partnerships and other ways of engaging with local government;
- Information and advice on developing lobbying and campaigning work;
- Building links with other local organisations to work in partnership on campaigns;
- Support in responding to consultations and other policy documents.
Who is eligible to book a support session?
All WRC members are eligible for one to one support, dependent on staff capacity. However, we have recently identified a need for policy and lobbying support for women in
BAME, LBT and disabled communities, so
organisations that work with women in these communities will be given priority in this instance.There are only 3 morning and 3 afternoon sessions available, so please complete a
booking form (Word 307KB) and send to Natalie Ntim as soon as possible at
natalie@wrc.org.uk to book a one to one support session.
Depending on demand, we will looking at ways to increase the number of drop-in days we hold, so
please contact us even if all the spaces are already booked on this occasion to register your interest.
